A little nervous as expected meditation group that we went to was very different from what I've experienced before, need more information and understanding this process , Will be calling again, and also working with meditation and also being comfortable in that process, wow very I opening, as to being with your self and all thoughts and movements, it's not easy it's hard , to be in the moment of your thoughts bringing it back to your abdomen, as in , Focus of breathing in breathing out, wow this is hard to do as your mind wonders constantly, not to sure if this is me but will not give up to soon, , May I just say I wonderful welcome thank you, Ann,
